Evaluation Methodology

Kirkpatrick Model

The Kirkpatrick Model has been used to assess learning for over 50 years and is one of the best methods for assessing training courses globally. Most international training institutions use it to measure the success of their courses using four important evaluation levels:

To measure trainee satisfaction with the course by observing their participation, interaction, and contribution during training.

To measure the acquisition of information, we use various measurement methods, including pre-and post-training tests of trainees and comparing the results.

To measure improvement in trainees' performance in their workplaces after training.

To measure the extent of improvement in the performance and financial returns of organizations.
