Introduction
Level 3 marks a significant step forward in learners’ English journey. At this stage, students move from basic communication toward greater fluency and confidence. They begin to connect ideas, express opinions, and interact in a wider variety of social and professional situations.

- Modals of advice & obligation (should, must, have to).
- Comparative & complex sentences with linkers (because, although, so).
