Introduction

In light of increasing challenges and evolving demands on organizations, it becomes essential to achieve comprehensive and integrated improvements to ensure institutional excellence. If an organization seeks limited improvements, everyday management methods may suffice; however, achieving comprehensive development requires fundamental changes in the organization's tasks and objectives. The course "Building and Managing Teams for Institutional Excellence" is designed to meet this need by providing effective strategies based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model standards. The course aims to enhance the ability to build strong teams, manage performance, and achieve institutional excellence through adopting innovative practices and approaches that support sustainable development and improvement.
